About Ozark Jazz Society

Ozark Jazz Society was formed in 1994.   We are a nonprofit organization dedicated to preserving the true American art form of Ragtime, Dixieland, Boogie Woogie, Traditional Jazz and Swing.   We present a concert each month, except December, featuring some of the best bands and musicians playing our kind of music.

We publish a Jazz Notes newsletter each month that is mailed to all of our members.  This gives them all the detailed information and photos about all of our events past and future.  It also details information about other Jazz societies, festivals and concerts members might want to attend.  Membership also rewards you with a discount admission price.   Forms and information can be found under Memberships.

All of our concerts start with an optional buffet at 5:00 p.m. until 6:15 followed by the performance from 6:30 until 9:00, both at very reasonable prices.  This all takes place  in the ballroom of  Inn at Grand Glaize.  Those attending from out of town may receive reduced room rates by calling Connie at Inn at Grand Glaize.
